No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Performance – While we strive to restore your AC system to optimal working condition, we cannot guarantee that future issues will not arise due to system age, manufacturer defects, or unforeseen circumstances.

Limited Liability – Our company is not responsible for any damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, improper previous repairs, or unauthorized modifications to the unit.

Warranty on Repairs – Any warranties on parts and labor will be specified in your service agreement. Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by power surges, improper usage, lack of maintenance, or third-party interference.

Refrigerant Handling – AC units requiring refrigerant refills will be inspected for leaks. However, we are not liable for leaks that develop after service due to aging or damaged components.

Customer Responsibility – Regular maintenance is essential for optimal AC performance. The customer is responsible for scheduling routine maintenance and promptly addressing minor issues before they escalate.

Health & Safety Considerations – Our technicians follow safety protocols, but we are not liable for any health issues arising from poor indoor air quality due to mold, allergens, or other contaminants present in your system before or after service.

Service Limitations – In cases where the AC unit is beyond repair or requires major replacements, we will provide recommendations, but the final decision is the customer’s responsibility.
