These Terms and Conditions govern the Indian Repair Services provided by Us to the our customers. By requesting our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Scope
1.1 Our AC repair service includes diagnosing issues, repairing components, and testing system functionality.
1.2 We do not guarantee permanent fixes for systems that are old, poorly maintained, or have underlying issues beyond our control.

2. Pricing & Payment
2.1 Service charges are based on labor, parts, and diagnostics.
2.2 A diagnostic fee may be applicable even if repairs are not completed.
2.3 Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
2.4 Unpaid invoices may incur late fees and collection costs.

3. Warranty & Liability
3.1 Repairs are covered under a limited warranty, specified at the time of service.
3.2 Warranty does not cover:
* Misuse, negligence, or lack of maintenance
* Power surges, external damages, or third-party interference
* Pre-existing issues not addressed during service
3.3 We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from AC malfunctions.

4. Customer Responsibilities
4.1 Customers must provide clear access to the unit and ensure a safe working environment.
4.2 Customers must follow recommended maintenance schedules to prevent recurring issues.
4.3 Any additional repairs beyond the initial scope require customer approval and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
5.1 Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
5.2 No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be subject to charges.

6. Health & Safety
6.1 Our technicians follow all safety guidelines, but we are not responsible for health issues related to indoor air quality, mold, or allergens in the AC system.
6.2 If hazardous conditions (e.g., electrical issues, refrigerant leaks) are detected, we may refuse service until proper safety measures are in place.

7. Service Limitations
7.1 If the AC system is deemed beyond repair, we will recommend a replacement, but the decision is up to the customer.
7.2 We are not responsible for the performance of parts not supplied by us.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
